Citrus Energy Bars

Ingredients

1 cup raw almonds
1/2 cup unsweetened dry coconut flakes
Juice of 1 lemon and 1 lime
14 pitted medjool dates (use only really fresh and soft ones for this)

Directions

Blend all ingredients in a food processor until well combined. Pat into small rectangle and either freeze or stick in the fridge overnight. Cut into bars after they have chilled.
