Crockpot Balsamic Chicken

Ingredients
  • 1 pound – chicken breast
  • 1 cup – salsa
  • 1/2 cup – vinegar, balsamic

Serve With:

  • 1 cup – brown rice, raw
  • 1 medium – honeydew
Directions
  1. Place chicken, salsa, and vinegar into crockpot; cook on low for 6 hours, then shred with a fork.
  2. Cook rice as directed on package.
  3. Serve chicken over rice with fruit on the side.

Prep time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 6 hours
