- 1/3 cup ice cubes
- 1/2 cup fresh fruit (peeled, hulled, etc)
- optional: pinch unrefined sea salt (for hydration)
- optional: 1 Tbsp. honey (depending on the sweetness of the fruit)
- optional: 1 – 3 Tbsp. water (depending on how much liquid is in the fruit)
- Combine all of the ingredients in a high powered blender.
- Blend until ice is crushed but not completely pureed.
- Serve immediately.
- This makes one slushy.
