Fresh Fruit Slushies

  • 1/3 cup ice cubes
  • 1/2 cup fresh fruit (peeled, hulled, etc)
  • optional: pinch unrefined sea salt (for hydration)
  • optional: 1 Tbsp. honey (depending on the sweetness of the fruit)
  • optional: 1 – 3 Tbsp. water (depending on how much liquid is in the fruit)

Directions:

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a high powered blender.
  2. Blend until ice is crushed but not completely pureed.
  3. Serve immediately.

Notes:

  • This makes one slushy.
