- 3 lbs cabbage
- 13 ribs of celery
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 yellow onion
- 3 carrots
- 2 cups of 16 oz honey
Shred, chop, and mix. Set cabbage mixture aside.
- 1/2 cup white vinegar
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 tsp celery seed
- 1 tsp kosher salt
Bring all to a boil and pour over cabbage mixture and chill overnight.
