Cole slaw

  • 3 lbs cabbage
  • 13 ribs of celery
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 yellow onion
  • 3 carrots
  • 2 cups of 16 oz honey

Shred, chop, and mix. Set cabbage mixture aside.

  • 1/2 cup white vinegar
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 tsp celery seed
  • 1 tsp kosher salt

Bring all to a boil and pour over cabbage mixture and chill overnight.
